Such a calm, compassionate and knowledgeable interview. I've never heard of anyone offering this type of coaching and it's lovely to see someone offering support to those who are so often overlooked or excluded within social spaces. As a neurodivergent individual it would have been so beneficial to have access to this type of coaching as a young person, especially to aid in the transition between school and the workplace.

Such an interesting interview. Isolation and loneliness seem to be on the rise, and overcoming them is incredibly difficult without the right support system. Definitely learnt something from hearing Serena talk about her business and I'll be sure to recommend her to those in my community who could benefit from her support.

I listened to Serena's interview on the radio and realised that this is the sort of essential service that doesn't exist yet, a service that is so vital to help those where aspects such as communication don't come naturally. It's reassuring to know that she is using her expertise and qualifications to support those often regarded as an afterthought and I know that once this takes off she will be changing the lives of so many people for the better, I can't wait to see the testimony's from people who's lives she's transformed.

I want to highlight a brilliant start up led by Serena that offers a much needed personal approach to mental health support. With government services so often oversubscribed and underfunded, a local and personalised service like this feels exactly what we need more of. I really like that clients can choose how they connect, whether face to face, by video or even by text message, which removes so many of the barriers that I personally know exist when asking for support. Less bureaucracy and more genuine care and attention is exactly the right approach. Let’s support this great business.
